I know I might not be in the right place to give off such words or either it is my profession to be viable but I've been animating for almost 5 year with this program and seen that I was able to help a lot of people who're just starting animating using Pivot.

This program is a program for editing Photo's and is useful for editing Pivot files that is saved as SVG. Also this program is completely free. This also help produce a good quality GIF from pivot.

Macromedia Flash/Flash CS6:
I use this program for blurring effect, and adding sound effects. Sadly I can't give a link or distribute it as my own. So no download link for this one.
There Are many other programs used for producing High Quality Pivot animations.
